These General Conditions of Access ("the Access Conditions") govern the access to and use by any person (the "User") of the pages comprising the web domain https://www.manusa.com (the "Website"), owned by MANUSA GEST, S.L. ("MANUSA"), as well as the content and services included therein.

Access to the Website or its use by the User necessarily implies, without reservation, submission to and acceptance of the Access Conditions. Therefore, the User is advised to read them carefully each time they wish to access the Website.

MANUSA reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, any modification or update to the content and services, to the Access Conditions and, in general, to any elements that form part of the design and configuration of the Website.

The User accesses the Website under their sole responsibility. The content and services are intended solely to disseminate information about the activities carried out by MANUSA.

The intellectual and industrial property rights over the contents of the Website belong exclusively to MANUSA, unless otherwise specified. Any use or exploitation other than the foregoing shall require prior written authorization from MANUSA. MANUSA informs the User that it may use cookies on the Website to obtain certain personal data of the User, such as their Internet browser type and operating system, the IP address from which the User connects, and the date and time of connection. Thanks to cookies, it is possible for MANUSA to compile anonymous statistics on the number of visits the Website receives, with the aim of improving the said Website in terms of content and structure.

Any link, hypertext link, deep link, framing or any other type of virtual connection via telecommunications networks from any website or URL (“Links”) to the Website must, in all cases, be made to its home page.

These Access Conditions are subject to Spanish law. All disputes, disagreements, controversies, questions or claims arising from the interpretation, performance, breach, termination or nullity of these Access Conditions, or related to them, directly or indirectly, shall be finally resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. Notwithstanding the foregoing, both the User and MANUSA will take all reasonable steps to attempt to resolve conflicts amicably.
