These General Conditions of Access ("the Conditions of Access") regulate the access and use by any person (the "User") of the pages that make up the domain https://www.manusa.com (the " Website "), property of MANUSA GEST, SL ("MANUSA"), as well as the contents and services included in it.
Access to the Website or its use by the User necessarily implies, without reservation, the submission and acceptance of the Access Conditions. Therefore, it is recommended that the User read them attentively and carefully each time they wish to access the Website.
MANUSA reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, any modification or update of the contents and services of the Access Conditions and any elements that integrate the design and configuration of the Website.

LEGISLATION AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
These Conditions of Access are subject to the Spanish legal system.
All disputes, discrepancies, conflicts, issues or claims resulting from the interpretation, execution, breach, resolution or nullity of these Conditions of Access or related to them, directly or indirectly, will be resolved definitively before the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona . Notwithstanding the foregoing, both the User and MANUSA will do everything necessary to try to resolve disputes cordially.
