Constantine, Algeria
Safety and hygiene, the Constantine Hospital installs Manusa automatic doors.
Constantine Hospital is located in the north-eastern Algerian city of Constantine. There, our official partner 2ASYS was commissioned to install various doors for accessing operating theatres and a resuscitation room. In total, 8 hermetic sliding doors and one sliding swing door, also hermetic. Thanks to these, airtightness and hygiene are guaranteed in such delicate environments.
Automatic hermetic doors guarantee hygiene in the operating theatre
Hermetic doors represent a breakthrough in the creation of hermetic spaces, thanks to their combination of materials and design. For this particular project, the doors are made of stainless steel; a square vision panel has been fitted so that both sides of the operating theatre can be viewed. In addition, given the characteristics of the space, the doors open to the side.
Thanks to their properties, Manusa hermetic sliding doors guarantee at all times hygienic conditions inside the operating theatre, maintaining negative or positive pressure as required. When the door is closed, the leaf is hermetically sealed on the sides and against the top frame, ensuring maximum airtightness. In addition, they have the highest classification in air permeability, complying with current regulations. Also, the leaves have a smooth surface with no visible fixing elements, providing electrical continuity for electrostatic discharge.
This solution provided by Manusa for this hospital in Algeria guarantees complete hygiene and cleanliness, and raises the quality of this health centre to a higher level when performing surgical procedures.
