Integrated industrial door solution for Top Cable factory

The manufacturer and international supplier known as TOP CABLE trusted Manusa to install, at their Sallent plant, a comprehensive solution for industrial doors, which included high-speed doors, sectional doors and doors for loading docks.

Various high-speed fold-up doors were installed in both indoor and outdoor areas. The high-speed fold-up doors are very versatile; they can be installed anywhere where there is a high volume of traffic, both of people and goods. What typifies this type of door is that its reinforcing crossbars, located in the fabric, protect indoor areas from adverse atmospheric conditions. Also, they were totally customised to the customer’s taste: specific colour, printing of the TOP CABLE company logo, and manufacturing with transparent vision panels.

The loading dock shelters were installed outside to facilitate the unloading of goods; this also protected the factory from contaminating fumes or temperature losses that might damage stored goods.

Sectional doors with high lintel for loading docks were installed inside the factory. It is a very practical and safe solution during the loading and unloading of goods, and it also offers superior insulating capacity.
